TICKETING

As per previous years, AACTA processes all invites and tickets digitally. Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite here.

Invitations are sent to email addresses, with guests required to RSVP via this invitation. Guests must provide all information requested via this digital form to ensure all relevant details are accessible for the event. As per last year, entrée cards will not be provided.

Once you have confirmed your attendance, you will receive an email confirmation with a QR code. You will need this email when checking in to the event. Please always have this available to you, or you may not be allowed into the event space.

Once formally checked in to the event, guests will receive a text message advising them of their seat number. This text message will be sent only after guests have checked in at the red carpet.  Please provide the most accessible email and mobile number for use at the event.

If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please check the information provided in your invitation or contact us.

CLOAKING

There will be access to cloaking facilities prior to walking the red carpet, but large bags (suitcases and similar) will not be accepted. If you are travelling into Queensland and arriving on the day of the event, please arrange to leave your luggage with your accommodation prior to arriving at the event.

Security will be conducting bag checks and guests are advised that any bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper will not be allowed inside the venue.

ACCESSIBILITY

If you are a guest at either event, please ensure you have communicated any accessibility requirements to our Guest Management and Events team via your RSVP form or by contacting us. Please note this event is seated theatre style and wheelchair spots are fixed to the venue in certain positions. The dress circle is not wheelchair accessible.
