We’re pleased to invite you and a guest to the state premiere of the new BINGE Original series HIGH COUNTRY.

Following the screening there will be a panel discussion with star and executive producer Leah Purcell, executive producer (Curio Pictures) Jo Porter, and Head of Scripted at Foxtel Group Lana Greenhalgh.

This crime drama weaves a complex story involving detective Andie Whitford (Leah Purcell), who finds herself in the small town of Brokenridge in the Victorian High Country, following a transfer. Tasked with unravelling a case of five individuals who have disappeared into the wilderness, the series unfolds over eight episodes. Throughout, viewers are drawn into a dense plot of murder, deceit, and revenge, revealing a decades-old conspiracy. The series offers a mix of suspenseful storytelling, mystery, and a vivid sense of place, reflecting the high stakes involved in the unfolding drama.

Featuring a cast that includes Leah Purcell, Ian McElhinney, Sara Wiseman and Aaron Pederson, the series is co-created by Marcia Gardener and John Ridley, and directed by Kevin Carlin and Beck Cole. 

The series premieres on BINGE on Tuesday March 19.
