Star-Studded Lineup Of Presenters, Hosts And Guests Confirmed For This Week’s AACTA Awards
The Australian Academy of Cinema Television Arts (AACTA)is delighted to announce that comedian, presenter, and actress Amanda Keller will host the 2022 AACTA Awards Ceremony presented by Foxtel Group.
Australian screen royalty Amanda Keller will bring her wit and warmth to the screen industry’s night of celebrations, dedicated to honouring the creatives behind the best films, TV, and digital entertainment from the past year. The Network 10 star is joined by industry giant Rove McManus, who will also host today’s AACTA Industry Awards.
Amanda Keller said: “I guess I’m a volunteer tour guide, my flag on a stick held aloft to take everyone through the sights, sounds and smells of the AACTA Awards. Looking at the calibre of nominees and guests, I think we will be inhaling the intoxicating and sweet smell of success.”
Amanda and Rove will share the stage with an illustrious line-up of presenters, including international superstar Rebel Wilson, AACTA nominated Actors Mark Coles-Smith and James Majoos - who are both vying for the Best Lead Actor in a Drama presented by Foxtel, and comedians Magda Szubanski, Celia Pacquola and Rhys Nicholson.
Accomplished Australian stage and screen stars Guy Pearce, Erik Thomson, Claudia Karvan and Sigrid Thornton will present alongsidetalented up-and-comers including Coco Jack Gillies and Chloe Hayden, who star in AACTA nominated productions competing for Awards this year.

Broadcast Partner, Roving Enterprises, and Executive Producer Craig Campbell will produce this year’s AACTA Awards Ceremony and bring his trademark creativity to this year’s live event.
Craig Campbell said: “What a spectacular year of Australian screen excellence. Australia has produced some absolutely outstanding work, which has captivated audiences locally and in mind-boggling numbers abroad. We can’t wait to celebrate and recognise these achievements on Wednesday night.”
AFI AACTA CEO Damian Trewhella said: “We are very excited for the inimitable Amanda Keller to be the host of this year’s AACTA Awards. Wednesday’s ceremony will be broadcast on 10, at 7.30pm, and will be encored on Fox Docos, Saturday, December 10 at 7:30pm. The broadcast will also be available to stream on demand via 10 Play, Foxtel, Binge and AACTA TV.
