NOMINEE TICKETING INFORMATION
The complimentary ticketing policy has changed for the 2019 AACTA Awards due to a number of factors, including the increased profile of the event, the number of nominees and the strict capacity at The Star Event Centre. Nominees will receive a complimentary ticket for themselves, and can purchase one guest ticket at a heavily discounted price. Additional tickets can then be purchased at the standard rates if required.
If a nominee cannot attend the event at which their Award is being presented, they will be asked to select a proxy. In the first instance, this should be someone from the same production who has indicated they are attending the event at which the Award will be presented. If that is not suitable, then a ticket transfer will be approved.
